Client: Major international hotel group
Project: Loyalty Card programme
Type: High volume, long term programme

Our Role

• Design a database capable of managing weekly downloads of circa 8000 records allowing for 4000 permutations and six languages.
• Manage data flow and produce personalised extended A4 letters and thermally printed membership cards.
• Match and affix cards to letters, collate and pack with up to 4 additional inserts.
• Prepare for despatch across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• File received each Friday and despatched the following Thursday.
• Set-up and manage computerised stock control system (integrated into database).
• Weekly reporting to client.
